Crepolini with polenta dough
The originality
The Crepolini are instead obtained from the Crepole with Polenta dough. They recall a sort of “crushed breadsticks”, about 2 cm wide and ready to be eaten with pleasure at any time of the day.
Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type 0, polenta 35% (water, corn flour, salt, tartaric acid acidity regulator), water, eggs, lard, UHT low fat milk, salt, sucrose, leaving agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, preservative E200 (sorbic acid), pepper. Contains wheat gluten, milk and egg.

1 Pack of Crepolini of 180 grams.
