The substance

Our grandparents’ ancient recipe, according to which, once the polenta is prepared, it is left to cool first and then chopped and mixed with flour, eggs, milk and various other ingredients. Handmade according to the family tradition.


Soft wheat flour type 0, polenta 35% (water, corn flour, salt, tartaric acid acidity regolator), eggs, lard, U.H.T. low fat milk, salt, sucrose, leaving agents: sodium carbonate, preservative E200 (sorbic acid), pepper. Contains wheat gluten, milk and eggs.


The package consists of 3 crepole for a total weight of 510 grams.
