The taste
They differ from the classic piadinas, as well as the recipe and processing time. The potatoes are in fact boiled, then left to cool and finally mixed with flour, eggs, milk, salt and various other ingredients. Handmade according to the family tradition.
Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type 0, lard, water, eggs, boiled potatoes 9% (boiled potatoes, salt, antioxidant E223, sulphites) UHT low fat milk, salt, extra virgin olive oil, sucrose, leavening agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, preservative E200 (sorbic acid), pepper. Contains wheat gluten, milk, eggs and sulphites.
