Enriched with eggs, milk and other various ingredients, including, of course, the truffle aroma, typical of the Umbria-Marche Apennines. Handmade according to the family tradition.
Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type 0, lard, water, eggs, UHT low fat milk, salt, sucrose, leavening agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, preservative E200 (sorbic acid), pepper, extra virgin olive oil, white truffle flavouring. Contains wheat gluten, milk and eggs.
